On a one-on-one case basis.
Before we list an item, we carefully look over the piece looking for any chips, cracks, breaks, missing pieces, etc. When we list an item, we will post defects we find. This is a generic listing.
Before we ship an item, we look over it a second time to make sure there is no other problems with a piece before we ship it. If we do find something we missed on the first posting, we will notify the buyer and ask if they are still interested in the piece. If they advise us they wish to receive a refund, we will issue one.
Our refund/return policy is a one-on-one basis. It is at our discretion if we choose to accept an item for return or refund.
